Coaching Sessions

Following on from your specialist assessment, we offer free online ADHD support sessions in a small group environment.

These two one-hour online sessions are designed to gently support you after your ADHD assessment. Each group is small (max 6 people), and you're welcome to bring someone close to you - a partner, friend or family member who wants to learn more and support your journey.

There’s no pressure to speak, share or have your camera on. You can attend using your initials only. This is a calm, non-judgmental space to learn, reflect and grow in your own way.

SESSION ONE

Understanding Your ADHD

Date: Tuesday (Week 1)
Time: 6:00pm–7:00pm

This session focuses on self-awareness. ADHD is more than a set of challenges - it’s a different way of experiencing the world. We'll explore how ADHD shows up in adults, and how understanding your patterns and strengths can be the first step in making positive, sustainable changes - with compassion, not criticism.

“You can’t change everything at once. But you can change things - with time, patience, and self-compassion.”

SESSION TWO

Building a Growth Mindset

Date: Tuesday (Week 2)
Time: 6:00pm–7:00pm

A powerful mindset shift can transform how you work with ADHD. In this session, we explore what it means to build a growth mindset, how it supports long-term change, and simple ways to begin shifting how you think about your own journey. Short reflective exercises will help you apply this thinking in real life.
