Kim Blair / Co-Founder
For Kim, AncorA is a heartfelt initiative shaped by both personal experience and professional insight. A registered social worker with over 20 years of clinical practise, Kim has devoted her career to supporting individuals and families through both personal and systemic challenges. With six years of experience in improvement science and project management, Kim is passionate about designing health services that are accessible, effective, and responsive. She is proud to lead the delivery of AncorA’s mission: creating a space where neurodivergent individuals feel truly seen, heard, and supported.
Anja Theron / Co-Founder
With over 25 years of experience in clinical and leadership roles across Mental Health and Addictions Services, Anja Theron has witnessed the profound and lasting impact that delayed diagnosis and support can have on individuals and their families. Her commitment to reaching those who are often overlooked has been especially shaped by her work in the neurodiversity field. Anja has led award-winning innovation and improvement projects - recognised both locally and internationally - for their impact on people experiencing mental health, behavioural, and neurodevelopmental challenges.

Dr Rosemary Gwyneth Edwards / Psychiatrist
Dr Rosie Edwards is a highly experienced psychiatrist with a warm, thoughtful approach and a special interest in ADHD across the lifespan. She is known for her thorough, evidence-based care and for recognising how ADHD often overlaps with other conditions. Rosie is passionate about helping people make sense of their experiences and working with them to find the support and treatment that best meets their needs.
Dr Paul Meens / Psychiatrist
Dr Paul Meens is a psychiatrist with extensive international experience and a warm, collaborative approach. Paul brings infectious optimism and deep respect for neurodiversity, supporting clients to understand their brain wiring, reframe long-held struggles, and reconnect with their inherent worth. He has particular expertise in adolescent and adult ADHD, including late diagnosis and its life-changing impact.
His broader clinical interests include autism spectrum presentations, gender diversity, mood and psychotic disorders, and co-occurring challenges such as anxiety, addictions and emotional dysregulation.
Dr Lynne Oldman / Psychiatrist
Dr Lynne Oldman is a psychiatrist specialising in child and adolescent mental health, with a background as a qualified GP. She has a special interest in ADHD and neurodiversity and is passionate about helping young people and their families navigate challenges with clarity, insight, and confidence.
